1. The service

MAFIA by Perkuno is a social deduction party game. Mafia is a role-playing game: roles and "kills" are fictional and do not promote any real violence.

2. Who may use it

People aged 14 or older. Younger players only with consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Conduct

Do not use offensive or hateful nicknames and do not enter other people's personal data. Do not disrupt the service or try to access other players' data.

4. Data

Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy. Inactive games are deleted after 5 minutes, all games at the latest after 24 hours.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. This does not limit consumer rights under EU and Lithuanian law.

6. Changes

These terms may change. For material changes the app will ask you to accept again.
